A Unique Approach

I use various methods to both align and keep your body and spirit in balance. As a progressive Alternative Healer, I believe in nurturing rather than battling against the body.

Regarding Reiki, Spiritual and Vitality Healing:

Our Energy Bodies ~ We are not just made up of a physical body, we also have an energy system. Within that energy system we have auras and chakras.

There are 7 layers to the auric field and they are structured and unstructured electromagnetic fields that surround our physical body. Each layer a different aspect to and for our development. There are also 7 major chakras within our bodies and are energy centre’s that assist to maintain physical energy, vital for health and wellbeing. These energy centres’ represent and look after our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

The chakras and auras are part of our energy system that enables the flow of universal life force energy within our bodies. If the auric bodies and/or the chakras are out of balance then this will start to affect our physical bodies, affect our emotions and our state of mind and create blockages in our systems. Blockages in our energy bodies will eventually lead to blocking the vital life force energy to our organs resulting in dis-ease.

Vitality Healing

Vitality healing works upon endocrine glands energizing depleted organs, resorting Vitality to the glands, tissues, nerves, bones to the densest matter, blood, restoring vitality to the most depleted organ or misaligned joint. This stimulates the body natural healing ability to flow gently with resonating, radiating and vibrational energy into the person.

Regular sessions can have profound effect and re-vitalise your experiences of mental and emotional stressors with breaking down limited beliefs systems and old programming. The body organ and skeletal system become smooth, soft and flexible allowing you to feel adaptable in life situations which become a positive, healthier and happier life style.

Spiritual Healing

Spiritual healing facilitates your spiritual growth through gentle movement of blocked energy from the chakras and the aura. A constant balance between the both promotes health, and a sense of well-being. Spiritual Healing can be applied purely for relaxation by allowing the universal energy to flow into whatever part of you that is in need of help, or by tapping into any blockages that your energy is holding that needs to be cleared away so as to prevent dis-ease in the body.

Reiki Healing

Reiki (pronounced ‘ray-key’) is a form of energy healing which is simple but powerful and based on the movement of universal energy which in turn supports the healing of the whole being.

A Reiki treatment focuses solely on energy and your own natural ability to heal. The benefits can be felt emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually. This is an excellent treatment for clearing energetic blocks, emotional blocks and assisting on all levels of healing bringing relief of pain and symptoms in the body, mind & emotions.

As a form of spiritual healing both these techniques aid in connecting one with Universal Consciousness (the divine, or God) bringing spiritual growth by healing core patterns/issues and enhancing connection with spiritual source.
